If a product does not work for you, write to support@addvoxen.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email. We will try to help first; if the product still does not fit your needs, we refund the full amount.
How the refund is paid
Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. Banks usually show the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
After a refund
The download link for a refunded order stops working, and the licence to use the files ends.
