Who we are

Addvoxen (addvoxen.com) sells digital products: spreadsheets, document templates, guides and AI prompt packs. Contact: support@addvoxen.com.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries for payments and handle returns.

Licence

When you buy a product you get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use and edit it for your own work and your own business, including work you do for your clients.

You may not resell, share for free, or redistribute the files, in original or modified form, as a template or product of your own.

Delivery

Products are delivered as a download right after payment. The download link is also included in the receipt email from Lemon Squeezy. Please keep your files: we may not be able to restore a link after a long time.

Refunds

See our refund policy. In short: if a product does not work for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Liability

Our products are tools and templates. They are provided as is and do not replace professional legal, tax or financial advice. Check results that matter, such as tax amounts, before relying on them. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you bought.
